We are looking for an PROSCI certified Organisational Change Management Lead to support our global teams in navigating diverse change initiatives. You will ensure that organisational projects and initiatives meet their objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. Your focus will be on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. You will have experience leading diverse change initiatives and supporting company strategic priorities in a global business environment. You will report to the Global Organisational Development & Talent Management Director. This position is offered as a hybrid set up in the UK, based in our Basingstoke office twice per week with the ability to travel to our other key locations in the US and UK. Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies : You will create strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. Support Communication Efforts : You will design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications. Assess Change Impact : You will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Support Training Efforts : You'll provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Manage Resistance : You'll develop plans to anticipate and minimize resistance from employees and stakeholders. Coach and Support Leaders : You will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill their role as change sponsors. Collaborate with Project Teams : You'll work with project managers and teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans. You'll naturally uphold the Genus core values, mission and vision. You may take on other work responsibilities outside of normal business hours. You may perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Certification in change management with PROSCI is required. Change Management Expertise : Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness. Leadership and Coaching : Experience in coaching and supporting leaders and teams through change. Project Management : Ability to integrate change management activities into project plans. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. 5 Years of proven experience in large scale/transformational project change management Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
