Senior Account Exec’s are key players in supporting and executing the operational and strategic direction of client accounts. They collaborate closely with the wider Client Servicing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with client objectives. They play a critical role in managing daily account activities and are instrumental in driving projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management and execution of client campaigns in collaboration with the Client Servicing Team
2. Contribute to the strategic planning of campaigns by providing insightful data analysis and reports
3. Aid in the development of client growth plans and participate in client meetings as required
4. Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
5. Support the delegation of tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow
6. Contribute to the maintenance and growth of allocated client accounts through in-depth understanding of client needs and industry trends
7. Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, suggesting improvements when necessary
