We're an energy management looking for a new Engineering Coordinator to help deliver best in class customer service to our clients across the UK. On a daily basis you'll be speaking with hospitals and universities, data centres, industrial units and manufacturing operations as the first point of call for reactive issues and to schedule PPMs. You'll develop great relationships with our Field Service Engineers to coordinate their schedules, plan in works and encourage them to do one last site visit on their way home.
There is an element of leadership responsibility with this role too. As the engineering resource expert you'll contribute during the mobilisation of new contracts to ensure we have enough capital to deliver what we've promised, forecast pinch points or training requirements before they arise and develop ideas for service improvements to make sure we don't just stand still.

You will play a key role in the service we provide to clients so strong communication and analytical skills to prioritise work is a must. There will be lots of interaction with a variety of internal Engineers, Business and Operations Managers so to make the most of this job you'll be the sort of person who enjoys this and is confident using your leadership skills to encourage Engineers and deliver great service.
We operate using Salesforce and SAP so to hit the ground running a working knowledge of these platforms would be a bonus.

* £38k - £45k basic salary (dependent upon experience)
