Job Responsibilities
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training, including:
* Mandatory inductions and updates
* Practical skill assessments
* Ensuring colleagues are knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care

What You'll Be Working
Standard hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer flexibility to accommodate personal or professional needs.
What You'll Have
* Training qualification (e.g., Teaching & Assessing L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer/Assessor) or willingness to work towards it.
* Minimum of 18 months occupational experience in Health & Social Care.
* Experience with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions.
* Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (including overnight travel).
* Successful completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
