A luxury fashion brand is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join its growing digital and technology team. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level BA with 2–3 years’ experience who wants to work across product, data, and business operations in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will help translate business needs into clear product requirements, supporting the end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to a dynamic and collaborative product environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Translating high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
* Supporting sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery tracking with engineering
* Coordinating feedback from stakeholders across production, inventory, sales, ecommerce, and leadership
* Conducting user testing and QA for new releases, documenting findings and driving fixes
* Analysing product usage data and identifying areas for optimisation
* Maintaining product documentation, roadmaps, and release notes
* Keeping projects on track, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are well managed
About You
The organisation is looking for someone with:
* 2–3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Associate PM role
* Experience delivering digital or IT projects, ideally with engineering teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, organised, detail-oriented approach
* Experience in ecommerce, retail, or fashion (preferred but not essential)
* An understanding of Agile delivery with some exposure to sprints and backlog management
Interview Process
* Stage 1: 30-minute introductory conversation
* Stage 2: 1-hour interview with the senior team
