Requirements Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker Key Responsibilities Provide the highest standards of care and support in all aspects of daily life. Lead and inspire the team to ensure services are Well-led, Safe, Caring, Effective, and Responsive. Support individuals to be active members of their communities, and help them access education, work, and leisure opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (both electronic and paper-based). Complete, review, and update person-centred risk assessments. Promote health, safety, and well-being while encouraging positive risk-taking. Deliver Person-Centred Active Support practices. Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care.
