What you’ll do:
As a Contract Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of your contract area across the Midlands, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing contract performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Acting as the main client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues.
* Leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Trainees, supporting their growth and performance.
* Managing profit and loss, forecasting, and contract financials to meet revenue targets.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in Utility arb is advantageous but not essential. Essential is experience in managing general Arb, Forestry, and/or Grounds Maintenance / Horticulture contracts. You will also need:
* Solid experience in contract management, financial management, and team leadership.
* Proficiency in MS Office, GIS systems, Power BI, and contract management software.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills for client & stakeholder management.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to contract growth.
This is a field-based role covering areas across the Midlands, combining remote work with on-site presence.
