Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for young people in the 12‑bed CAMHS service.
* Mentor and support team members.
* Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Qualifications
* Relevant nursing qualification.
* NMC registration.
* Strong team‑working skills.
* High level of self‑motivation and a flexible approach.
* Positive attitude, compassion, and commitment to high‑quality care and evidence‑based practice.
Job location
Emerald Place Clinic, Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Horley, RH6 0BN. This general adolescent inpatient unit treats young people aged 13 to 18 with mental illnesses, including mood disorders, psychosis, neurodevelopmental disorders and disordered eating.
