About The Airline Commercial Executive Role
Reporting to the Airline Commercial & Development Manager, the Airline Commercial Executive will support the management of airline relationships, analyse performance data, and identify commercial growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role that works closely with the Commercial, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as airline partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Airline Commercial Manager in maintaining and developing airline relationships and commercial agreements
* Track and report on performance against commercial targets
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new product opportunities
* Co-ordinate joint airline marketing campaigns and manage marketing income
* Support the corporate sales team in optimising the airline product offering
* Attend industry networking events to build and maintain relationships
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in the travel industry with solid knowledge of airlines and GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
* Strong analytical skills, comfortable using Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to build positive working relationships across teams and levels
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional
