We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (a mix of software engineers, cloud, networks, and telco architecture) for a global telecommunications organisation.
You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
* Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas - with a focus on the UK.
* Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
* Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
* Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
* Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
* Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
* Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
🔍 What You Bring:
* Demonstable experience in full-cycle recruitment
* Track record in Tech hiring in an enterprise-sized organisation
* Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
* Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
* Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
