We have an incredible opportunity to join Phoenix Group as a Senior Analyst within the Investment Solutions department.
Who are we?
We aim to be the best place that any of our 6,600 colleagues have ever worked. We’re the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement business, offering products across our market-leading brands, Standard Life, SunLife, Phoenix Life, and ReAssure. Around 1 in 5 people in the UK has a pension with us. We’re a FTSE 100 organisation committed to transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050.
The role
The department supports our unit-linked Investment Proposition. Your role will support a program to determine the future state for customer-facing reporting, including fund fact sheets across Phoenix Group. This involves understanding current processes, defining business requirements, and implementing a harmonised model for the group. You will develop or evolve collateral to ensure clear customer expectations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine ideas, proactively gathering insights into how customers, clients, and stakeholders perceive our investment content.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience implementing customer-facing investment reporting in Life and Pension or Investment companies, preferably within change projects.
* Effective communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging the status quo, and managing conflicts.
* Strong project management skills with a focus on operational efficiency to meet stakeholder demands.
* Experience working in a regulated environment, with responsibility for risk management and monitoring.
We want to hire the whole version of you.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion. If your experience differs from the listed requirements but you believe you can add value, we encourage your application.
If you need adjustments during recruitment, please let us know to support you.
Note: We reserve the right to close the advert early. We recommend applying promptly.
