1. £30,000 Basic Salary / £60,000 OTE
2. Monday To Friday 8.30am - 6pm / Day Off In Week
3. Saturday 8.30am - 5pm
4. No Sundays

12. Previous Transaction / Business / Sales Management Experience Required
13. 31 days holiday annually inclusive of Bank Holidays

Duties:
16. Manage and oversee the transaction process ensuring customer satisfaction
17. Develop strong working relationships with the sales team, finance, and insurance providers
18. Assist customers with finance, insurance, and additional products in compliance with FCA regulations
19. Construct finance proposals and support the sales team in closing deals profitably
20. Maximise sales efficiency through effective lead management and reporting
21. Support the achievement of dealership targets for both new and used vehicle sales
22. Provide coaching and support to sales staff to improve performance
23. Deputise for the Sales Manager when needed
24. Ensure accurate order processing and timely vehicle delivery
25. Contribute to financial forecasting and dealership profitability
Individual Requirements:
26. Proven experience in automotive sales management or a senior sales role
27. Strong communication and presentation skills
28. Automotive showroom experience essential
29. Knowledge of finance and insurance products
30. FCA accreditation or willing to achieve it
31. Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
32. Attention to detail and organisational skills
33. Ability to work well under pressure and within FCA regulations
