The Profile You are a proven CEO, Managing Director or senior executive with a strong track record in manufacturing and consumer goods.
You bring:
Experience leading and scaling manufacturing / distribution led organisations
A deep understanding of consumer markets, brand positioning and route‑to‑market strategy
International exposure, with the ability to operate across multiple regions
Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a focus on sustainable growth
The ability to introduce structure and governance without diluting entrepreneurial spirit
Your leadership style is credible, decisive and people‑centric. You understand that performance and culture go hand in hand—and you lead accordingly.
