Quantity surveyor

We’re recruiting a permanent Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client in London (NW10). The company is an interior fit out contractor who specialize in retail, banking, commercial and leisure fit out projects across the UK. They have an excellent reputation and history of producing quality, fast track fit out projects across the sector for some leading clients such as Barclays, Lloyds Bank, Tesco, Pure Gym, Selfridges, Sainsbury’s etc… The role of Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor is to provide commercial support on projects to ensure that it is procured, delivered within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project to meet its financial targets. You will have good communication skills with the ability to nurture relationships with both the supply chain and customers. This position will be based in the company’s head office in London with the option of working 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home each week.
