Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Room Leader / Senior Practitioner
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on hours worked)
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Nurse, Room Leader, or Senior Practitioner looking to take the next step in their childcare career.

The Role
Lead or support a nursery room as part of a dedicated early years team
Deliver high-quality care and education for children
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children’s development
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are always met
Working Hours
Up to 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Shift patterns between 7:15am – 6:30pm
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
Experience as a Nursery Nurse, Senior Practitioner, or Room Leader
Passion for delivering high-quality childcare
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
