Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs directly to our members—right from their driveway to their workplace car park.
Your Role Awaits
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Choose to work extra days at £30 per hour after your first month, giving you the potential to earn an additional £3,000 to £5,000 per year.

Structured Work Schedule: Enjoy a consistent 40-hour work week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
What You’ll Do
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to focus on:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
