Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant (Experienced) Location: Liverpool Salary: Up to £31,000p/a DOE We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy residential property team in Liverpool. This role will suit someone confident in supporting a conveyancer with files from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support with residential conveyancing transactions. Assist with file management, drafting documents, and handling client communications. Carry out administrative tasks including post, calls, and enquiries. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the department. Skills & Requirements At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Confident communicator with excellent client care skills. Previous experience with case management systems is desirable.
