We’re now seeking a Community & Membership Coordinator to help shape and coordinate this growing global platform.
The Role
This is a foundational position for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, coordination, and creativity.
You’ll be the operational engine behind the community and membership ecosystem, translating vision into structure, and structure into meaningful action.
Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll manage systems, communication, and stakeholder coordination during our formative stage.
This is not a routine administrative job; it’s a hands-on builder’s role for someone who can bring clarity, beauty, and efficiency to complex, evolving projects.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Coordination
* Support the design and rollout of the community and membership framework.
* Manage onboarding, communications, and engagement processes with precision.
* Build and maintain digital systems (CRM, onboarding flows, automations, analytics).
* Ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and regular reporting.
Stakeholder & Launch Management
* Coordinate across digital, creative, and operational partners to keep projects on track.
* Maintain dashboards and timelines; lead regular progress updates.
* Translate strategy discussions into clear, actionable plans.
Community & Experience Building
* Curate digital and in-person experiences for members and collaborators.
* Create engaging communications, newsletters, welcome messages, follow-ups, reports.
* Build relationships with early members, nurturing trust and alignment.
* Gather and analyse feedback to refine the member experience.
Brand Alignment & Presentation
* Uphold brand tone, aesthetic, and refinement across all touchpoints.
* Represent the organisation with professionalism, calm, and integrity.
* Balance creative intent with operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3–5 years’ experience in community, membership, or project coordination within luxury, hospitality, creative, or wellness sectors.
* Proven success managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Strong working knowledge of CRM and workflow tools (Monday, Notion, Flodesk, HubSpot, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
* Comfortable working remotely and independently.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 GBP (or USD equivalent)
