The Regional Manager will provide a first-class, cost-effective management service that exceeds the expectations of our customers, in a bid to fulfil the Landlord statutory obligations. You will also ensure that Customer satisfaction levels continue to rise, by being innovative and open-minded in relation to how the business delivers its service. Actively contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures in a modern business environment. As a member of the management team, you will be participating in the development of strategy and share responsibility for the effective functioning of the business in achieving its goals. As a Regional Manager you will i nspire, lead and manage a team of Area Managers, to deliver a high-quality Property Management service to our customers. You will lead by example and actively demonstrate the high level of service the team should be displaying towards their customers. This role is based from home, with extensive travel across the region. There will be occasions when visits to our Head Office will be required. The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Fridays. About you Our Regional Manager will demonstrate proven working knowledge of property management and building structures, with clear experience of leasehold management and service charge budgeting. It is desirable to hold a recognised property management qualification with membership of RICS or IRPM, preferably with experience of the leasehold retirement sector. With proven people management experience, ideally of a dispersed team, you will be confident, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills coupled with a high degree of competence in written and spoken English and numeracy. You will have the ability to motivate and develop a team, a ‘can do’ attitude and with a clear customer focus with the ability to relate to all walks of life. To carry out this essential role, you will require a full UK Driving Licence, and it would be preferable to be based in or around London or South of England.
