Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other external partners • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned
