Pay: £13.21 per hour (£13.71 per hour for overtime)
48 hours a week (based on 12‑hour shifts)

Our speciality is delivering person‑centred care to persons with autism, learning impairments, challenging behaviour, and forensic mental health backgrounds so they can contribute significantly to their communities. You will be in charge of providing the individuals we help with exceptional care.
Our flagship supported living facility on Reigate Road includes on‑site parking and is just an 8‑minute walk from the Ewell East train station.

* Experience working with individuals who have intellectual impairments, autism, mental health conditions, and difficult behaviours
* Possessing prior experience with or being open to receiving training in restraint tactics
* Capacity to operate independently with assurance while participating in a larger team

* Experience working in a residential environment, supported living, or forensic mental health
* A social care NVQ qualification or a Care Certificate (training may be offered)
* Diabetes knowledge and comprehension, as well as experience working with people who have the disease, can be offered
* Possesses a valid driver’s licence in the United Kingdom
* Lives 30 minutes away from Epsom by car
