The role:
Due to expansion, our client has new Regional HR/ER Advisor. The role supports their sites with all aspects of HR. This is a great role for someone with HR/ER experience, who is looking to build on their experience. Someone who wants an autonomous role that progresses quickly. This role is based from home, with travel two days a week (travel is reimbursed).
The role covers sites in South London, South West and Surrey.
Key responsibilities and qualifications
* Provide end to end ER support (including day to day and more complex cases) via phone, email and face to face
* Coaching and supporting managers on ER process, policies, recruitment etc
* Support TUPE projects
* Relationship building
* Employee engagement / staff retention
* Providing HR Support for new site openings
* Supporting some recruitment strategies
* General HR reporting
* End to end complex ER case management
* Highly organised, proven experience of prioritising your own caseload
* Previous experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
* Driving licence and car / able to travel
