Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London.
Client Side Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio
* Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears
* Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs
* Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations
* Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents
* Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors.
* Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements.
