Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM WMS modules
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
* Configure and customise warehouse management processes within Dynamics 365 to meet operational needs
* Support end‑to‑end system implementation including design, build, testing, and deployment
* Drive process improvements across warehousing, inventory control, and logistics using Dynamics best practices
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
* Oversee testing cycles including SIT and UAT, ensuring successful delivery
* Provide go‑live support and post‑implementation optimisation to maximise system value
Required Skills
* Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a focus on WMS
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 warehouse management capabilities including advanced warehousing
* Experience with configuration, customisation, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions
* Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and logistics workflows
* Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, third‑party systems, and automation technologies
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across both business and technical teams
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex transformation environments
