Vaccination Service
Primary and Community Services
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Vaccination Service for a Personal Assistant/Administrator. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team to provide secretarial and administrative support.
Applicants should have the following skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment using their own initiative
IT proficient and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft software packages
Can efficiently prioritise and manage their workload
