We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of our brand‑new Bill’s restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2. In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of the operation, building and inspiring a high‑performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring every detail reflects the Bill’s brand. From team development to operational excellence, you’ll create a vibrant, welcoming environment that makes every visit memorable.
Main Duties:
* Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to optimise profitability, drive sales, and maintain high standards.
* Team Leadership: Build and inspire a strong team culture, providing coaching and development.
* Guest Experience: Deliver a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
* Financial Management: Take accountability for P&L, stock control, labour management, and payroll.
* Compliance: Ensure food safety, health & safety, and brand standards are met.
The right candidate will:
* Have proven experience as a Store Manager in the hospitality sector (minimum 3 years)
* Be passionate about leading and developing teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
* Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, stock, and payroll.
* Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Security regulations.
* Exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
* Be enthusiastic about creating a positive guest experience and maintaining high standards.
