Are you a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive, friendly environment? We have a unique opportunity for a Lead Vet to join us at Sussex Coast Vets, Well House Vets and 1066 Vets where you'll be supported by our experienced Director of Practice.
You can work across multiple sites with Sussex Coast, Well House and 1066, we are open to discussing working locations that may work best for you.
Situated in the heart of East Sussex, our practice is surrounded by picturesque countryside and a stunning coastline. You’ll oversee all clinical aspects of the practice, ensuring high standards of care aligned with RCVS guidance, industry regulations, and IVC Evidensia best practices. Key responsibilities include clinical governance, protocol implementation, audits, quality improvement, and mentoring the team.
