About the Role As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role within the build team, overseeing the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your Daily Responsibilities * Lead projects from initial conception through to completion and handover, ensuring seamless delivery. * Promote and enforce the highest standards of Health and Safety on-site. * Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal management, ensuring excellent customer service. * Manage and coordinate Site Agents, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Demonstrate leadership through effective people management, development, and motivation. * Take responsibility for project P&L, driving profitability and growth. Requirements * Experience as a Project Manager on School Construction Projects for the DFE * A relevant degree (or equivalent) in a construction-related field. * Proven experience in delivering projects within the built environment sector. * Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations. * Strong subcontract management skills, with a sound understanding of commercial and operational aspects.
