Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems. This role requires proficiency in various software applications (Microsoft Suite is essential) and strong clerical skills to facilitate effective communication and data management.
We are seeking an individual who has got relevant experience in financial record keeping, Invoicing and payroll to join our fast growing team.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the Management team with different tasks and collaborating with the different teams to help with the smooth running of operations.
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Suite applications.
* Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage.
* Provide administrative support to staff members as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
* Organise office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary materials are readily available.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Sage, and other office software applications.
* Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* An understanding an experience in Financial reporting and invoicing will be an added bonus.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
