We’re working with a highly regarded, close-knit search firm that operates at the very top end of the market. They’re looking for a bright and motivated Junior Resourcer to join the team and work closely with the Founder.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to learn, get involved, and gain real exposure to high-level search work. The role will focus on candidate profiling, research, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the Founder. You’ll play an important role in identifying and mapping top talent, while also helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a varied, hands-on position where you’ll quickly become a key part of a small, collaborative team.
Ideally, you will have 1–3+ years’ experience in an administrative or search-based role, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will hold a degree from a leading university and be a confident communicator, both written and verbally. Just as importantly, you’ll be a genuine team player who is proactive, organised, and happy to roll up your sleeves.
