This is a dynamic role that blends hands-on training delivery with first-line IT support—perfect for someone who enjoys empowering others and solving problems with a practical, people-first approach.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate and deliver both formal and informal training sessions across SBMC
* Record and collate evidence of staff competencies in line with awarding body criteria
* Monitor progress and ensure key staff meet milestones in their training journey
IT Support & Integration
* Provide first-line IT support at our Erskine site, working closely with our remote IT team
* Deliver 1:1 IT training to staff, supporting digital confidence and capability
* Assist with the integration of new technologies within our production facility
Requirements
* Experience in training delivery or adult education (formal qualifications a plus)
* Basic IT support skills and confidence working with non-technical users
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, approachable attitude with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
