Description
Working for a national contractor that provides repairs and maintenance in social housing
Complete electrical repairs and maintenance, including basic tasks in other trades where competent
Attend appointments punctually and aim for first-time fixes
Diagnose issues, arrange materials, and manage waste removal
Support team performance and KPIs
Participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota
Mentor apprentices and support colleagues as needed
Profile
City and Guild (Electrical) or equivalent experience (Essential)
City and Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or Equivalent Experience (Essential)
Relevant Electrical qualification for the repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems (Essential)
Full UK Driving licence
