Overview

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Customer Care operations, strengthening long-term relationships by answering calls and emails, resolving queries, and working closely with our internal teams. Our team handles many enquiries received each day from teachers, parents and others across the world. We pride ourselves on resolving queries quickly, professionally, and always with a personal touch. By ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and appreciated, you’ll play a key part in building loyalty and encouraging customers to return to us time and again.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll help solve immediate challenges and ensure our customers feel valued, supporting the growth of important relationships.
Responsibilities
* Answer calls and emails from customers and provide timely, accurate information.
* Resolve queries and issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
* Provide a high-quality, personal experience to customers to build loyalty and retention.
* Support and maintain positive relationships with schools, educators, and families.
