Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and customer-focused individual to join our team and play a vital role in supporting and retaining our valued customers. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Customer Care operations, strengthening long-term relationships by answering calls and emails, resolving queries, and working closely with our internal teams. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

Our team handles many enquiries received each day from teachers, parents and others across the world. We pride ourselves on resolving queries quickly, professionally, and always with a personal touch. By ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and appreciated, you’ll play a key part in building loyalty and encouraging customers to return to us time and again.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll help solve immediate challenges and ensure our customers feel valued, supporting the growth of important relationships.


Responsibilities

* Answer calls and emails from customers and provide timely, accurate information.
* Resolve queries and issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
* Provide a high-quality, personal experience to customers to build loyalty and retention.
* Support and maintain positive relationships with schools, educators, and families.


Qualifications and ideal fit

* Experience in customer service or a related field.
* Educational background or interest in expanding skills within the education sector.
* Enjoy helping people and keeping customers happy.
