Job Description
Our client, Derbyshire County Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Hospital Social Work team.
This role is based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
The role will involve the following:
* Hospital work
* Discharge to assess
* Complex case work
* MCA and safeguarding work
* Expected to work 9-5, based on site, Monday – Friday

Requirements of the role:
* Qualified Social Worker
* Fully Social Work England registered
* Must have significant post-qualified experience working within Adult Social Care
* Must have hospital experience and understand the Discharge to Assess process.
