Educare Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected care provider in Redruth and Camborne to find compassionate and professional Support Workers to support individuals with mental health needs.
What Youll Do:
- Provide personalised support to individuals with mental health challenges.
- Assist with daily living tasks, wellbeing, and promoting independence.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
- Work flexible shifts long-term, short-term, or day-to-day cover.
What Were Looking For:
- Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional with a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
