This opportunity is at our supported living service in Hemsworth, Wakefield area, with a core background team on duty 24/7 and overnight shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
* Support people to work towards outcomes, enabling them to maintain independence
* Encourage and support people to engage in the local community and activities of their choice
* Provide person-centered support to individuals living in our services
* Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support
