If the answer is "Yes", then Holcim is looking for someone like you to support them as an Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis
Role - Administrator
Pay - £12.60 per hour
Location- Holcim UK, Station Approach, Harlow CM20 2EL
Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 7am - 4pm with a paid 30 minute break (ideally 3 days in the office 2 remote)
Duration- 6 months ongoing
Start date - ASAP
Responsibilities:
Running operational reports on sales, materials, invoices, returns
Reviewing reports and highlighting any discrepancies
Uploading reports and defects onto the system, using Holcim internal systems (full training provided)
Communicating report findings with relevant staff members
General administration duties, emailing, filing, data entry, answering calls
Collaborating data into IT systems
Experience needed:
Prior experience in an office based administrative role
Capacity to operate under minimal supervision
Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google suite
Excellent attention to detail
