Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI / Dynamics 365) | London (West End) | 3 days in-office
We’re hiring a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to take ownership of a high-impact BI function within a financial services environment. You’ll lead a team of three (Power BI developers / BI analysts), partner closely with senior stakeholders, and shape how data is turned into actionable insight across the UK business.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of 3 BI professionals, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery
* Oversee data sourcing and cleansing across multiple business departments, producing meaningful BI outputs in Power BI
* Act as the face of Data Analytics to the business: stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and insight-led recommendations
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Power BI (development experience not required)
* Essential: hands-on experience delivering insights and reporting from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dynamics CRM)
* Confident people leadership (or ready to step up into a first leadership role) with strong stakeholder-facing skills
* Background in financial services (or similarly regulated, high-accountability environments) is a plus
Please note: Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a non-negotiable requirement — we won’t be able to consider candidates without it.
