The Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Lift Engineer to deliver high-quality support across a wide range of lift systems. You will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment to ensure reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.\n\nDay-to-day responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Servicing a variety of lifts, including passenger, platform, and goods lifts\n\n * \n\n Attending callouts and breakdowns\n\n * \n\n Carrying out minor repairs and surveys\n\n * \n\n Working across a broad range of OEM equipment (experience with Kleemann lifts is advantageous but not essential)\n\nBenefits include:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary (depending on experience)\n\n * \n\n OTE of up to an additional £10,000 through overtime opportunities (subject to demand)\n\n * \n\n Fully expensed company vehicle (for business use)\n\n * \n\n Route ownership with flexibility to cover other areas when required\n\n * \n\n Death in service benefit with access to bereavement counselling\n\n * \n\n 24 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with service\n\n * \n\n Access to an Employee Engagement Hub offering discounts with over 100 retailers and hospitality venues\n\n * \n\n On-demand GP appointments and counselling sessions available for you and your household\n\nExperience and requirements:\n\n * \n\n Minimum of 5 years’ lift maintenance experience\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Strong verbal and written communication skills\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail\n\n * \n\n Fluency in English
