My client is seeking a proactive Order Management Coordinator with experience in order management, supply chain, or customer service. This role sits in the customer services department and requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as being highly confident liaising at all levels within various departments. As an Order Management Co-Ordinator, you will have a strong understanding on B2B/ B2C order flows. You will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle across a cross retail, distribution and e-commerce, ensuring timely fulfilment and inventory optimisation. As an Order Management Co-ordinator, you will expedite the fulfilment of confirmed sales orders across B2B and B2C channels and work closely with the sales, customer services, production, logistics and purchasing department and play a key role in keeping orders flowing smoothly and customers receiving the highest level of service.
