Job Description
Joina leading independent technology and services provider as an Administrator 2.
* Location:Hatfield Business Park Hatfield Avenue (Hertfordshire)
* Daily Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of £13.41/hr PAYE) OR £17.41/hr (via a Hays approved umbrella) company)
* Contract Duration: 6 months
* Working Days: Monday to Friday onsite
* Shifts : 9:00am to 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous administrative experience in a structured office environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Visio (advantageous but not essential).
* Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow complex processes.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent timekeeping, reliability, and a flexible approach to business needs.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the team.
Key Requirements:
* Highly organised with a methodical approach to work.
* Comfortable producing clear, structured documentation.
* Confident using IT tools and learning new systems.
* Strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude.
* Motivated by delivering high-quality work and supporting wider business operations.
