We are Looking For
* An excellent teacher who has received ‘good’ or better grades in recent observations
* An outstanding, passionate teacher who has high expectations for children’s learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values every day
* A person who builds excellent relationships with children and parents; demonstrating our values when interacting with them
* Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching
* Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential
* Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school
* Is confident in leading a team, developing the vision and having the drive to move it forward
* Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils
* Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
