What we look for in a Head Chef:
This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team by example, develop, cost, and produce fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams within the business.
* Experience in championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* A passion for leading and developing a team
* Active, hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
* Responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety procedures
* Creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials
* Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour
* A proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
