Executive Assistant

Full Time / Part Time (30 - 37.5 hours per week), Permanent

IntraHealth is one of the UK’s leading providers of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care, Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since 1999. We operate NHS services across the North East, Yorkshire, the midlands and North West. Our team is made up of a wide range of healthcare professionals and administrative roles including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams. Our frontline teams are supported by a centralised back office function; providing executive, finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Executive Assistant Team. The role is based at our Head Office in the William Brown Centre, Peterlee, County Durham.

Ideal candidate responsibilities include:

* Providing comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to senior staff and the Executive Assistant Team.
* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating agendas.
* Handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining confidentiality.
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
* Supporting finance, HR, and data analysis functions as required.

Qualifications and experience:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
* Strong communication and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
