What the role covers
\n• Running real estate and development finance transactions from term sheet to completion
\n• Working with external counsel on facility agreements, security packages and ancillary documents
\n• Giving clear, commercial advice that balances risk with delivery
\n• Supporting ad hoc lending matters across the wider portfolio
\n• Working with Technology to streamline processes and digitise legal workflows
\n• Helping create self-serve tools, smarter templates and automated documents
\n• Playing a part in the bank’s adoption of AI and other digital tools
\n• Contributing to playbooks and knowledge across the legal function
