Management Accountant Location: Crewe
Salary: £40,000 + 10% Bonus

As part of its continued growth, the business is now looking for a Management Accountant to join its Finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified accountant with industry experience to step into a broad and impactful role, supporting both day-to-day finance and strategic business decisions.
The Role As a Management Accountant, you will take ownership of delivering accurate and timely management reporting, providing insight to senior leadership, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Youll be a key part of the Finance team, helping to drive both operational and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts in line with group reporting deadlines
Deliver clear P&L analysis, highlighting variances and key trends to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and cashflow reviews
Produce accurate cashflow forecasts for your areas of responsibility
Complete intercompany reconciliations to group deadlines
Partner with senior leadership teams to provide financial insight and support business decisions
Lead on audit preparation, working closely with external auditors
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
Support with ad-hoc analysis and finance projects as required
About You Were looking for a driven and ambitious finance professional who can combine strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial awareness.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Fully qualified, newly qualified, part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
Proven experience in management accounting within an industry environment (not a first move from practice)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
Excellent communication skills able to present financial information clearly and confidently
