The One Group are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a rapidly growing accountancy practice based in Market Deeping, on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting high level clients within the specialist sectors
* Preparing management accounts
* Preparing statutory accounts for internal review
* Assisting with bookkeeping
* Ensuring accuracy of accounts and financial records
You'll be joining a small but mighty team of four (soon to be five), will get huge exposure and development opportunities along the way, and have the chance to make serious waves.
Requirements:
* AAT Qualified
* Experience working within practice
* Have a personalised approach to clients and the ability to develop those relationships
