The Role
The role is field-based with a large territory covering Northern England and Scotland, including Northeast, Yorkshire & the Humber, parts of the Northwest, and regions in Scotland.
The Digital Services Business Manager (DSBM) will spearhead growth and adoption of digital recommendation services within the veterinary community, recruiting clinics to our digital platforms, driving product recommendations, and ensuring partners are proficient with Royal Canin’s digital tools.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with veterinary clinics, acting as primary contact for digital services, and driving strategy that follows the pet owner’s journey.

What We're Looking For
* Proactive, results-driven individual with passion for digital technology and veterinary industry.
* Professional qualification in IT, science, or related field.
* Knowledge and experience working with digital systems.
* Strong planning and problem-solving abilities, customer‑focused mindset.
* Strong presentation, communication, IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Driver's license with clean driving record.
Desirable Experience
* Proven track record in sales or account management.
* In‑depth knowledge or direct experience in veterinary industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand digital footprint.
* Recruit veterinary clinics to digital recommendation service and increase use of digital platforms.
* Educate and train veterinary staff on digital systems.
* Effectively manage a territory of up to 750 accounts, including clinics, hospitals, charities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Veterinary Business Managers, Marketing, Key Accounts) to deliver seamless customer experience.
* Represent Royal Canin at trade shows, seminars, conferences as brand ambassador.
* Gather and report market intelligence (competitor activity and customer feedback).
