About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect to join our client’s HR transformation program in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM solution architecture, deep domain knowledge in Core HR, Recruitment, Absence Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll, and hands-on experience in designing complex HRIS and integration architectures.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution architecture and design.
* Define and implement to-be business, integration, and data architectures.
* Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
* Oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud and other vendor systems.
* Contribute to large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
* 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
* 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.
* Strong expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll (including 3rd-party integrations).
* Proven experience in HR Transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
