What's the role about?

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Floor Manager to lead by example and inspire the in-store team to exceed targets, deliver exceptional service, and bring the REISS brand to life for every customer. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the store leadership team in cultivating a culture of passion, professionalism, and pride. We are looking for part time and full time sales managers.

Responsibilities


What You'll Be Doing

1. Champion our brand by upholding high standards in personal styling, grooming, and presence — and coaching the team to do the same.

2. Act as a brand storyteller, helping the team fully understand and embody our identity and ways of working.

3. Lead through change with confidence and clarity, keeping the team focused and energized.

4. Keep cool under pressure while maintaining a calm, solution-focused atmosphere.

5. Ensure every team member lives and breathes our values in every customer interaction.

6. Maintain a flawless store environment with attention to silent service, presentation, and cleanliness that reflects our premium standards.

7. Share key company updates, brand news, and initiatives to keep the team in the know and inspired.

8. Foster lasting customer relationships by guiding the team to deliver warm, personalized service — turning one-time shoppers into loyal brand fans.

9. Keep the team ahead of the curve with knowledge of trends, product stories, fabric innovation, and styling direction.

10. Understand and drive performance — from store KPIs to sales targets — and support the team in achieving their personal goals.

11. Plan, prioritize, and delegate with purpose, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.

12. Own your department's success and make decisions that elevate performance.

13. Set clear expectations for the team and explain the impact of their roles on the bigger picture.

14. Uphold company policies and procedures to keep the store running smoothly and compliantly.

15. Open and close the store with precision, professionalism, and pride.

16. Strategically allocate resources and team skills to get the right people in the right place, at the right time.

17. Tailor your communication style to individuals, making sure instructions land clearly and effectively.

18. Recognize effort, celebrate wins, and give honest, constructive feedback to help the team grow.

19. Confidently address performance concerns and take timely, appropriate action where needed.

20. Lead impactful training and regular one-to-one conversations, setting goals that challenge and motivate
